The class will meet off-site on Mondays with leaders in the International Education field.

The course will survey key aspects of international education administration in a U.S. higher education setting through class meetingsand experiential learning centered around Washington, D.C. The course is designe d to introduce students to various arenas of the international education field with an emphasis on the internationalization efforts of American universities, current trends inthe field and the challenges involved in undertaking these exchanges. The focus of the experiential component this year will be participation in the NAFSA Annual Conference. Please no te that this aspect of the course will require several off-campus engagements in D.C. and requires an additional fee to cover registration. The instructor will work with interested students who haveconcerns about finances to best support their participation.
