Topical Investigations; Achieving Wellbeing

We talk a lot about "wellness" these days, prioritizing oneself, reducing stress, and becoming the best version of ourselves, but how do we actually do that? What is the best way to achieve and maintain our greatest possible state of wellbeing? Students will identify the areas where they have strong habits which contribute to their health and areas where they can make concrete changes to improve their health long term and prevent, to the degree possible, diagnosable mental health concerns.
