Students will analyze the major grammatical structures of American English and the role of teaching grammar and developing effective classroom methods and techniques for multilingual learners. To do so, students will be exposed to diverse theories, approaches, methods, and practical techniques of grammar instruction in order to assist multilingual learners (also known as English Language Learners, English Learners) K-12 classrooms.
