The Global Career Accelerator is an experiential, digital program that enables undergraduate students from all backgrounds and majors to gain authentic work experience and in-demand, global skills, putting them on a path to a great career. The Global Career Accelerator takes an outcomes-first approach, with a focus on preparing students for success in a global, diverse, AI-driven workforce. In addition to developing applied and intercultural skills, students will be engaging in career preparation activities and create essential career assets (LinkedIn, resume, skill assessment). Optional events, competitions, and networking opportunities with employers from our network will provide additional value.

Designing Your Life after College

Restriction: Must have earned a minimum of 60 credits.
Helps students anticipate and prepare for changes in finances, social life, health, and career dynamics they are likely to experience as they transition from college to working full-time. It focuses on understanding what resources students have as they enter the workforce as critical for navigating post-graduation changes successfully. It offers an overview of financial, risk management and professional development approaches to increase students' confidence regarding post-graduation decisions; in addition, it develops their creative problem solving and reflection skills to help them align the outcomes of their decisions with their values.
