It focuses on understanding what resources students have as they enter the workforce as critical for navigating post-graduation changes successfully. It offers an overview of financial, risk management and professional development approaches to increase students' confidence regarding post-graduation decisions; in addition, it develops their creative problem solving and reflection skills to help them align the outcomes of their decisions with their values.
