Lectures and analysis of problems and cases relating to financial decisions of the firm including capital budgeting, capital structure and cost of capital, valuation (discounted cash flow, comparable multiples, comparable transactions), mergers and acquisitions, options, dividend policy, and initial public offerings.
Restricted to BMGT majors with 68 credit hours completed.
