Restriction: Must be in MS Applied Economics program; or with permission from the program director.
Applies microeconomic theory to the analysis of legal rules and institutions. Topics include property rights, externalities, contract theory, bargain theory, remedies, industrial organization, patents, damages, and antitrust.
