Introduction to Innovation and Design Thinking examines the design process that brings ideas to reality. Throughout this course, students will engage in a hands-on project, progressing through the key stages of the design thinking methodology: empathize, define, ideate, prototype,and test. By applying human-centered design techniques, students will develop innovative solutions to a design challenge, working in teams to deeply understand user needs, brainstorm creative ideas, build prototypes, planto test their solutions, and present their results to their peers. This course emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking,preparing students to tackle real-world challenges with empathyand strategic problem-solving skills.
