Restriction: Must be in M.Prof.Studies: Applied Economics program.

Economic analysis of international macroeconomic issues and policy. Topics can include the study of exchange rates, balance of payments, international financial markets, international business cycles, contagion, and the roles played by international economic institutions.

Must be in Graduate Programs in Applied Economics, WDC. All other graduate students must request permission. Contact exst@umd.edu. Golden ID students are not eligible for this section.

This blended section will be mostly in-person, with weekly in-person meetings at the noted times and online discussions. The weekly class meetings will be at 1400 16th Street, NW in Washington, DC. The online requirements will include mandatory weekly online discussions. Some additional online content may be required.
