Advanced techniques in applied econometrics, emphasizing the implementation of modern econometric methods to analyze concrete economic problems, including hands-on work using STATA software. Topics include advanced panel data methods, including instrumental variables, matching, difference-in-differences, regression discontinuity, sample selection corrections, limited dependent variable models,and an introduction to time series models.
