This course offers a high-intensity yoga strength fitness experience, designed for students with minimal to some prior experience in physical yoga practice and fitness. Participants will engage in exercises that emphasize the benefits of light weights and high repetitions, aiming to enhance both strength and flexibility.
Attendance is required on the first day of class. Students must pay a $40.00 instructional materials fee. Restricted to KNES majors only. Non-majors may join a hold file.
