Prerequisite:LING311 An investigation of prediction in humans and machines, over different linguistic information and from different levels of analysis. Comparisonof computational model-based measures with behavioral and neural measures of human language processing. Focus on comprehension, with links to production and learning. Reading and discussing research papers with simple math and coding exercises. Prior programming experience not required (optional for final project).
