This course is tailored for upper-level public health students and focuses on the comprehensive understanding and management of stress at both the personal and community levels. Through this course, students will explore the scientific foundations of stress and examine its physiological and psychological impacts on health. Emphasis will be placed on evidence-based strategies for stress management, with practical applications for personal stress reduction and the design of community-based interventions. By the end of this course, students will be equipped to effectively address stress-related challenges in diverse public health contexts.
