An in-depth review of different theories and methods related to psychological interventions for children and adolescents. This course will cover topics related to ethical and legal standards, individual and cultural diversity, professional values, attitudes, and behaviors, and communication and interpersonal skills. Throughout the course, students will work with peers at partner institutions abroad to examine positive psychology, socio-emotional learning, and address school bullying. This is a Global Classrooms course, developed in partnership with the Global Learning Initiatives Office (GLI) in the Office of International Affairs (OIA) to provide virtual opportunities for global engagement.
