Surmounting School: Democracy, Inequality, and Schooling
This Big Questions course explores the grandest challenges faced by today's public schools and asks: How do schools shape democracy and inequality in the U.S.? At the conclusion of this course, students will propose practical educational policy recommendations aimed at addressing its big question.
