Add description -- Writing for short formats can be challenging: what to keep in and what to let go? How to make a very short piece meaningful and feel like a whole, complete creation? In the course, we will experiment with writing for various platforms that use animation: independent animated films, computer games, VR, and web series. We will learn to develop characters and plotlines, experiment with linear, nonlinear, and branching narrative structures, and adapt stories for different platforms and technologies.
