Prerequisites: BIOE241, BIOE372.
This course explores the emerging interdisciplinary field of network neuroscience, integrating principles from neuroscience, systems engineering, data science, and neural engineering. Students will delve into mathematical models of network connectivity-both classical and modern-and apply these models to functional neuroimaging data. The course includes hands-on analysis of EEG, LFP, and fMRI data from public databases, emphasizing practical data handling, analytical skills, and collaborative research through interdisciplinary team projects
