This course is designed to provide students with a theoretical and practical understanding of occupational health psychology. Students can expect to critically examine topics related to stress, health, and wellbeing in the workplace. We will cover a wide range of traditional and contemporary topics in the field, such as workplace and non-workplace stressors and risks that affect employee wellbeing; workers' psychological, social, and health outcomes; and interventions to promote employee wellbeing and reduce injury and stress.
