Continuation of ENME361. Fundamentals of vibration, controls, and optimization. Analysis and design in time, Laplace and frequency domains. Mathematical descriptions of system response, system stability, control and optimization. Optimal design of mechanical systems.

Examinations will be held from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (EST) on: Monday, January 11, 2027 Tuesday, January 19, 2027, and Friday, January 22, 2027.

Students are required to take the examinations in person either at the University of Maryland or at an approved off-site proctoring center. Many universities and community colleges provide testing-center services however, some sites may charge a proctoring fee, which will be the responsibility of the student.
