Discrete Mathematics and Combinatorics is a major branch of mathematics, used in many of its application fields including Computer Science, Engineering and Physics. The course will give an introduction to the topic at the graduate level. We will choose among topics from Algebraic, Enumerative, Extremal and Probabilistic Combinatorics, building theory alongside an emphasis on beautiful proofs and applications.
