The seminar, aimed at students writing papers for publication and/or writing dissertations, gives students a chance to give and get feedback on works-in-progress, discuss strategies for staying organized and motivated, and learn ways to make articles and dissertations as compelling and coherent as possible. While addressing technical issues such as paragraph structure and references, the course focuses on the big picture of crafting literature review, methods, findings, and discussion into a seamless whole.
